After you click "Book Now" at the bottom of this page, you will need to complete a short form on the next page in order to view the available schedule for any given day. Here are some tips to get you started:
  1. Choose "round trip" or "one way".
  2. Choose your origin city and destination city
  3. Choose your pickup and dropoff locations (these lists will not be available until you choose your cities)
  4. If you are not flying, you can indicate that by choosing the first option in the list, ".I'm not flying". 
  5. Flight information is optional to view the schedule, but is required to be eligible for our flight delay/cancellation accommodations policy.
    1. Select your airline in the list. If your airline is not available, check to see if your airline has a codeshare with another airline in the list and choose that airline. If you can't find anything for your flight, leave the airline blank and tell us about it in the comments box on the final checkout screen.
    2. Enter your flight number.
    3. If we are dropping you off at the airport, enter the flight's scheduled departure time.
    4. If we are picking you up at the airport, enter the flight's scheduled arrival time.
  6. Select your date(s) for shuttle travel.
  7. Select how many passengers you need to buy tickets for.
    1. Adults are considered passengers age 18+.
    2. Students are those enrolled at any college or university anywhere in the world.
      1. The preferred form of verification for student status is a student ID card, but if you are a new student entering school, you can present your acceptance letter or any document that proves your enrollment.
    3. Child tickets are for anyone under the age of 18.
      1. Children under the age of 8 are required to travel in a child safety seat.
      2. If you need us to provide a safety seat, we need at least 24 hours' advance notice to make accommodations for this.
      3. Unaccompanied minors require written permission to travel alone. Please contact us at to provide consent from the parent or legal guardian for the child to travel alone.
  8. The schedule will appear at the bottom of the screen.
  9. The columns shown are: departure time, estimated arrival time, number of seats remaining, and the total cost for the number of tickets you have indicated.
  10. Select your desired shuttle time(s), and click "Add to cart" to proceed to the next screen.
  11. Review the options for extra luggage space, oversized luggage, and child safety seats, and make your selections accordingly.
  12. Click "Update and Continue" to proceed.
  13. Enter the name, phone number, and email address for each passenger traveling on this itinerary. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address(es) provided. 
  14. If you are booking on behalf of someone else and want to receive a copy of the confirmation email for yourself, you can separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
  15. Click "Update and Continue" to proceed to the payment and final checkout screen.
  16. Review your shopping cart and verify you have the correct number of seats at the right date(s) and time(s).
  17. Fill out the checkout form carefully and review the terms and conditions. All sales are final and all tickets are nonrefundable.
  18. Submit the form after indicating agreement to the terms.
  19. If your booking was successful, you will be given a confirmation number on the next screen and a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
